Mr. Satpal Garg was born on 15th August, 1956 and graduated in Commerce (Hon.) from University of Delhi. Mr. Garg is a Fellow Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Fellow Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and Associate Member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India.He joined as Member, PNGRB on 27th July, 2017 after having 35 years professional experience in domestic and international E&P Industry. He joined as a Finance & Accounts Officer in Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC) – the premier flagship Oil & Gas Company of India in 1982 after working in an Accounting firm for over two years.His last assignment, before joining PNGRB, was as Director Finance, ONGC Videsh Limited from September, 2008 to August, 2016. He also held additional charge of Managing Director, ONGC Videsh Limited from March 2014 to August 2014.As Director (Finance) of ONGC Videsh,Mr. Garg has made significant contributions in streamlining and strengthening internal controls, accounting systems, budgetary control, towards acquisition & business development activities of the company and was instrumental in raising funds both in the domestic & International markets. In recognition of his achievements, he was given the Best CFO Award by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 2015.Earlier in ONGC, he was associated in the acquisition process of an Indian Refinery (MRPL) by ONGC, its debt restructuring & turn-around from a loss-making company to a profitable company within one year of its acquisition. He also handled disinvestment process of equity in ONGC – the largest disinvestment so far done by the Government of India at that time. He also worked as Company Secretary in ONGC for about one year before moving to ONGC Videsh Limited as Director (Finance) in September, 2008.Mr.Garg was Chairman and Director of many subsidiaries of ONGC Videsh Limited during his stint as Director (Finance) of ONGC Videsh Limited.

Dr. Ashok Kumar Balyan, an M. Tech from IIT-Delhi, PhD from Germany is currently the CEO- Oil & Gas Business. of Reliance Group. Before joing Reliance he served as CEO & MD pf Petronet LNG Limited. Before PLL, Dr. Balyan served as Director Incharge - HR, Business Development & Joint Ventures in ONGC Ltd.He has more than three and half decades of experience in the field of exploration, production operations, project management, business development and human resource functions in ONGC Ltd. He joined ONGC in 1976, where he served across India, handling key positions. Sri Sumit Kishore is looking after the International LNG trading business in GAIL (India) Limited. Sri Sumit has done B. Tech. in Chemical Engineering from IIT Kanpur. He started his career in GAIL in 1990 working in LPG processing Plant located in Vijaipur, M.P. Subsequently he has worked in various Departments in GAIL like Business Development, Gas Marketing, Petrochemical Projects, Director’s Office etc. He was also one of the core team member in a change management initiative undertaken throughout GAIL.
