Shri Pravir Pandey is a 1992 Batch Officer of the Indian Audit and Accounts Service (IA&AS)) and his parent organisation is Comptroller and Audit General of India (CAG).After completing his training at Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration, Mussoorie and at the National Academy of Accounts and Audit, Shimla, he has held various key positions in the CAG’s organizations in Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand and Himachal Pradesh. .He completed his Masters from Delhi School of Economics in 1990; trained at Civil Service College, ASCOT, U.K. in 1997; did a second Masters in International Development Policy at Terry Sanford Institute of Public Policy at Duke University, U.S.A. in 2007-2008; completed Certification Course in Public Private Partnership in Project Finance at Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University, U.S.A. in 2015.He has worked as Director, Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India in 2002-2007 and then did various UN Assignments at London, Geneva, Manila and Riyadh before serving as the Auditor General of Uttarakhand from 2008 to 2011.  He was then posted as Minister in the Embassy of India, Washington DC, U.S.A. from 2011-2014. Since March, 2014, he has been in the Inland Waterways Authority of India, Ministry of Shipping, first as Member (Finance) and then Vice Chairman.  He is also the Project Director of the prestigious Jal Marg Vikas Project being implemented with the technical and financial assistance of the World Bank for the development of river Ganga (NW-1) for navigation.

A Chemical Engineer and MBA by qualification, Mr. G S P Singh possesses around 30 years of experience in various functions in Indian Oil. He has been instrumental in implementation of IndianOil’s pioneering & innovative project – “LNG at Doorstep” which involves LNG (Liquefied Natural Gas) filling into the road tankers at LNG terminals, inland transportation of LNG to the consumer’s doorstep through cryogenic transportation system, storage in cryogenic holding tanks and its on-site re-gasification through ambient air vaporizers without use of any external energy for use as industrial fuel & feedstock. Marketing & distribution of LNG through “LNG at Doorstep” is gaining popularity & has been proved to be boon for customers away from natural gas pipeline. This business model has become enabler for LNG retailing and for use of LNG as automotive fuel, locomotive fuel & marine fuel. Mr. G S P Singh participates actively in IGU’s (International Gas Union) programme. He was a member of study group on Small Scale LNG and a member of Task Force for IGU’s “World LNG Report” during last Triennium of the IGU.Currently Mr. G S P Singh is looking after marketing of LNG and is an active member of gas team of Indian Oil.

Mr. Kenneth Engblom, Director, Sales & Marketing LNG Solutions, Wartsila Finland Oy


Kenneth Engblom (MSc.) is a Director, Sales & Marketing of LNG Infrastructure Solutions at Wärtsilä Energy Solutions.Kenneth graduated from Helsinki University of Technology, Finland with a master’s degree in mechanical engineering.He joined Wärtsilä in 1997 and has ever since had various managerial positions in R&D, project management and sales. Besides Finland, he has been stationed for longer periods in Mumbai, Houston and Sydney during his employment.  During his career he have mostly been working with Power Plants related activities. In his current position, Kenneth is leading the sales and marketing activities in Wärtsilä’s LNG infrastructure business globally

A Civil Engineering graduate, Victor started in 1989 as structural offshore engineer in Technip and worked in large size projects ending with responsibilities as Lead Discipline.In 1998 he moved to Project Management position where he was entrusted with increasing responsibilities through EPCI projects for major Clients.From 2005 he had business development & sales responsibility within the Offshore Business Unit supporting Special Projects & FLNG activities worldwide, position from where he was involved on whole LNG chain.He joined early 2014 GTT to integrate Business Development team with geographical focus on Korea, India, Iran, Greece & Spain on all segments

Mr. Pankaj Wadhwa, Sr. VP- Marketing , Petronet LNG


Mr. Wadhwa holds a Masters degree in Finance & Control (MBA – Financial Management) from the University of Delhi, India. He is also a Fellow Member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India. Starting his career with the fertiliser sector in India, Mr Wadhwa has had stints with the industry as well as consulting. He has worked with Chambal Fertilisers, GAIL (India) Ltd and CRISIL Advisory in the past. His association with PLL goes back to the days when the company was formed in the year 1998. Mr. Wadhwa has handled assignments relating to LNG agreements – both on the buy as well as the sell side. He has covered shipping agreements and has had an interest on the regulatory side of the business. He has also been responsible for raising large sums of money from various domestic and international financial institutions.His current role at PLL includes looking after the marketing, commercial, treasury and legal functions. As a project manager for Small Scale LNG, assessment to make LNG as an automotive fuel is being conducted under his supervision. A team of highly dedicated professionals assist him in his assignments.

He has 16 years of experience in the Oil and Gas domain spanning both consultancy and industry.Sanjay has assisted ministry, LNG suppliers, Regulators, O&G Companies , Investors and end-users in range of sector issues. In terms of qualification, Sanjay is PGDM from IIM Ahmedabad and a Mechanical EngineerMr. G S P Singh participates actively in IGU’s (International Gas Union) programme.

Ashwani has nearly 24 years of marketing and business development experience in various roles within the Gas industry in India, Europe and Asia. He is currently working as General Manager for Shell Energy India, a 100% Shell-owned entity, covering marketing and trading of natural gas and downstream LNG. He moved to this role from Hazira LNG, where he was the head of Marketing & Commercial department. Prior to this, Ashwani has worked with BG Group in various roles, the last one being of LNG Trading Manager in Singapore, where he was responsible for short term LNG trading covering key markets in Middle-East, India, South-East and North Asia

Maneesh Varma is currently working as Senior Vice President – Business Development with ENGIE India overlooking all the LNG/LPG projects planned in India, specifically Kakinada LNG Terminal – FSRU based terminal on East Coast of India and Small Scale LNG projects for Green Mobility and Industires. Previously, Maneesh worked in various positions for the development of Kochi, and Hazira LNG Terminals. Prior to joining ENGIE in 2015, Maneesh worked with Shell, Fluor and Reliance in India and has more than 25 years of experience in Oil & Gas sector. Maneesh Varma holds an Engineering degree in Instrumentation from BITS, Pilani a premier technical institute in India

Shri Nitin Zamre, Managing Director, ICF International


Mr. Nitin Zamre has been Managing Director of New Delhi Office at ICF International Inc. since April 2010. Mr. Zamre provides strategic direction and leadership for all aspects of ICF's business operations in India. For the past 10 years, Mr. Zamre was with CRISIL, India's leading credit rating agency, as a member of its infrastructure advisory arm.

Most recently, Mr. Zamre was director of the Infrastructure consulting practice for CRISIL Risk & Infrastructure Solutions Limited, and has held leadership positions with it since 2000. Prior to that, Mr. Zamre was manager of strategic planning and project development with the Reliance Group of Companies, India's largest business conglomerate, from 1990 to 2000. Mr. Zamre holds a bachelor's degree in technology from the Indian Institute of Technology in Mumbai and a master's degree in financial management from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies at the University of Mumbai.

Anil Kumar Joshi is responsible for setting up the LNG Project for GSPC LNG Limited, a joint venture company set up an initiative by Govt. of Gujarat and GSPC, as President (Projects). He has more than thirty two years of experience in the oil and gas sector in the areas of Projects & Business Development, Project Management and Contracts and has previously worked for India's largest E&P Company ONGC and Petronet LNG Limited. He holds a bachelor's and master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee.Mr. Joshi is an experienced and innovative project developer with strategic and tactical decision-making, planning, and business management skills.

Dr. A K Balyan, CEO- Oil and Gas, Reliance Group


Dr. Ashok Kumar Balyan, an M. Tech from IIT-Delhi, PhD from Germany is currently the CEO- Oil & Gas Business. of Reliance Group. Before joing Reliance he served as CEO & MD pf Petronet LNG Limited. Before PLL, Dr. Balyan served as Director Incharge - HR, Business Development & Joint Ventures in ONGC Ltd.He has more than three and half decades of experience in the field of exploration, production operations, project management, business development and human resource functions in ONGC Ltd. He joined ONGC in 1976, where he served across India, handling key positions. He had been instrumental in catalyzing various HR interventions besides guiding business development initiatives in downstream, Petrochemical, Power and alternate energy sources and expanding the frontiers in synergy with inherent strength of the company.

Shri R Guhan, Group General Manager- Chief Marketing Services, ONGC


Mr. Guhan has over 30 years of Oil and Gas Marketing Experience. Prior to this from 2008 to 2012, he served as Joint Advisor and Nodal Officer in the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board on deputation from ONGC. He has also served for 4 years in British Petroleum Vietnam on behalf of ONGC Videsh He has received many distinctions during his service in ONGC and was accorded Certificate of Excellence by the United States Government body called USAID on Regulatory and Pricing Issues on Oil and Gas in South Asia in Sept 2003.
